Our breath is in the driver’s seat of our thoughts, emotions, and stress levels. Being unaware of your breath and how it affects you is like driving a car while being on your phone- Yikes!

All of these courses, classes, and audios are meant to put you back in the driver’s seat of your life. Being present, in control, and enjoying the ride.

Group classes are our favorite way to share breathwork.

Group settings are great for both beginners and experienced breathwork participants.

What you can expect in a typical Breathwork class is 30 minutes of Active Breathing and 30 minutes of rest & reset.

And, YES, breathwork is just as good online as it is in person :)

Private Sessions

Blue River Breathwork offers individualized breathwork sessions. These sessions are designed with your specific needs in mind. The style of breathwork we practice, the pacing of the session, the guidance is all tailored to you. 

These sessions are specifically helpful for those who need to address past trauma, death, abuse, and anything in between. 

This practice has been known to be as valuable as “5 years worth of therapy” in a single session.

Everyone is different, but common outcomes from these sessions are feelings of peace, understanding, and resolve.

Pricing for this is sliding scale of $60-120 / session (90 minutes)
